Piedmont is a cradle of Italian traditional cooking and at the Albergo dell’Agenzia we interpret this important cultural heritage according to the principles of the Slow Food philosophy. Natural ingredients, Slow Food Presidium food products, a daily supply of the freshest raw materials from the many local markets and producers—all combine to ensure our guests gastronomic experiences of the highest level. You can enjoy our restaurant’s fare while admiring the green meadows and flowerbeds of the park all year round on the climatized glassed veranda. And your meals will be rounded off by wines from our refined selection of more than 300 Piedmontese labels from the Wine Bank next door.
The Agenzia bar is the ideal place to chill out over a glass of one of the wines selected by the experts of the Wine Bank, a shot of grappa from the vast range available, a delicious afternoon tea or an evening aperitif in an elegant, informal ambience. Our staff will be happy to meet your every desire wherever you choose: in the luminous interior furnished with warm Frau armchairs and sofas, say, or on the splendid wood deck looking out onto the former royal estate’s park.
Our skilled professional catering service is at your complete disposal for the organization of coffee mornings, cocktail parties, brunches, lunches, dinners and buffets with dishes made with seasonal Slow Food Presidium ingredients, tastings of wines and grappas from the Wine Bank and so on. The dining room can seat 250 people.

It was here, among the hills in the heart of rural Piedmont, that the story of Slow Food, the association that puts “good, clean and fair” food at the center of the cultural debate, began. And it was from an idea of Slow Food’s that the project to restore the entire Pollenzo complex was born.
