TEAM-BUILDING AT THE WINE BANK AND
The sharing of important experiences and great enjoyment creates a formidable “glue“ for the building of work groups and motivating professionals to work together elbow to elbow. Food and wine are a synonym of conviviality, pleasure and aggregation and provide the ideal context for team-building activities. The modern rooms of the Cookery School, the 19th-century cellars of the Wine Bank and the Sensory Analysis Laboratory will provide the setting for games and challenges in which the closest-knit team will be crowned the winners. Five meeting rooms are available, as are 70 rooms and suites with access to the swimming pool, the wellness area and all the Albergo’s services and facilities. Contact us for more information.

UNIVERSITY OF GASTRONOMIC SCIENCES
Young people from all over the world come to Pollenzo every year to discover flavors, gastronomic excellence and the best production techniques.
